Anyhow Slipheed is the guy with the scarf and is a alternate Universe Tobias as opposed to the Tobias that most people know and how he calls himself neutral but he really is a good guy, Slipheed is the complete opposite as where the Tobias people know wouldn't kill a opponent who cannot fight back, Slipheed is litterally the polar opposite, he would without mercy destroy his opponent and kill them just because he felt like it.
